Customer Satisfaction Survey Reveals Tax Professionals’ Priorities


Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (TPG) completed a survey of partnering tax professionals in order to discover customer priorities and find out what TPG can do to meet the needs of tax professionals and taxpayers. With a rapidly evolving industry it’s not surprising that survey results indicate bank performance is even more important than product availability. Nearly half of those surveyed considered reputation and reliability to be the most important factors when selecting a bank product provider.

With over 20 years of industry experience our customer support team maintains our reputation by providing best-in-class customer support. Of the tax professionals who interacted with customer support, 93% found our peak season phone support was above average or excellent, and 92% thought our overall customer support was either above average or excellent.

Our recently redesigned website has also received great feedback with fewer than 3% of customers finding our site difficult to use. TPG will continue to evaluate opportunities to enhance our products and services as we provide a level of support that is unparalleled in our industry.
